I ordered the umbrella in plenty of time for my trip. I received it and it was sliced by a box cutter then shipped to me.

When I told them I wanted to return it and get my money back I was told they do not do that. They said they would ship another one or give me store credit. I told them I don't want store credit and need the umbrella Friday at the latest. They told me they could not guarantee shipment and I would have to pay for shipping which I already did.

I will never order from them again. I should have looked at reviews.

Monetary Loss: $40.
